Alerts in the morning when yesterday’s value area lay entirely above (▲) or below (▼) the one from the day before.

Idea

The value area position compares the range where 70 % of yesterday’s volume traded with the one from the day before, from hourly candles in UTC. If it lies entirely above, the fair price has risen (▲); entirely below, it has fallen (▼). The position is fixed from midnight UTC; overlapping days do not report.

Adapting it

• Also connect “overlapping higher” and “overlapping lower” to the actions: then almost every day with a direction reports.
• With the period set to week the node compares the previous week with the week before, suited to 4-hour candles.
• “current vs. previous” already reports during the day when today’s value area moves above yesterday’s.
