ETH Breakout from an S/R Zone
The price closes above a resistance zone or below a support zone made of three or more swings.

S/R zones group swing highs and lows of the last 300 candles (swings 5 · 5) that are at most 0.5 % apart; a zone counts from three swings. When a 4-hour candle closes above a resistance zone, ▲ comes, when it closes below a support zone, ▼. Zones above the price are resistance, below it support.

Adapting it
Section titled “Adapting it”- With 4 swings per zone only the clearest zones remain, and about half as many alerts come.
- On 1-hour candles use swings 10 · 10 and 4 swings per zone, otherwise the chain alerts very often.
- Breakouts upward only: delete the ▼ action.
In the test
Section titled “In the test”Replay with the sample prices up to October 17, 2026: 29 alerts in 90 days. With live prices the number differs. With Free the replay covers 15 days, with Pro and during the trial 90 days.
Needs Trader to be activated, because of S/R zones. You can test it in the replay on any plan. More under Plans.
