Microsoft Teams
With the Microsoft Teams node, alerts go as a card to a Teams channel. Teams accepts messages from outside through Workflows; Microsoft switched off the old “Incoming Webhooks” in 2026. You need a Microsoft 365 work or school account. Teams comes with the Community plan and counts against the 20 targets.
Create the workflow
Section titled “Create the workflow”-
In Teams, click … next to the channel and then Workflows.
-
Pick the template Send webhook alerts to a channel, give it a name such as “Bellchain” and confirm team and channel.
-
Copy the URL Teams shows at the end. It is long and ends with a signature (
sig=…). -
Drag the Microsoft Teams node onto the board in the editor and paste the URL.
What the alert looks like
Section titled “What the alert looks like”A card with the chain’s name, your message, the values as a table and, small at the bottom, pair, timeframe and time. The sender is the workflow bot. **bold** and _italic_ also work in Teams, code does not.
If several coins of a scanner fire at the same candle, one card lists them all: the number of coins at the top, each coin with its values in the table.
Teams only confirms a post as accepted (202), not as delivered. If nothing shows up in the channel, check the workflow’s run history in Power Automate. A workflow takes about 25 posts per 5 minutes; it belongs to the person who created it and stops when they leave the organisation. The URL is a secret and stays empty when you export the chain.
