SOL Breakout From the Last 200 Hours’ Value Area
SOL closes above (▲) or below (▼) the value area of the last 200 hourly candles.

The rolling profile computes, on every candle, the volume profile of the 200 hourly candles before it, a little over eight days, with no jump at midnight. Its value area holds 70 % of the volume; when SOL closes above or below it, the price leaves the range the market recently saw as fair. The cooldown of 12 candles keeps back-and-forth at the edge short.

Adapting it
Section titled “Adapting it”- With 100 candles the profile reacts faster and reports more often, with 500 it stays calmer.
- Instead of VAH and VAL you can use the profile’s high and low: move the connections on the node.
- On 4-hour candles 100 candles reach back a little over 16 days.
In the test
Section titled “In the test”Replay with the sample prices up to October 17, 2026: 47 alerts in 90 days. With live prices the number differs. With Free the replay covers 15 days, with Pro and during the trial 90 days.
