BTC Breaks Structure Upward
Alerts on an upward break of market structure: BOS in an uptrend, CHoCH at the turn.

Market structure reads the trend from the swings with 10 candles before and after. When a candle closes above the last confirmed swing high, structure has broken upward: in an uptrend that is a BOS (the trend continues), after a downtrend a CHoCH (the trend turns). A brand-new high only counts once the 10 candles after it have confirmed it.

Adapting it
Section titled “Adapting it”- Only the turn matters to you: delete the BOS action and keep CHoCH.
- With 5 candles before and after you see the smaller internal structure and get about twice as many alerts.
- For the other direction, connect BOS and CHoCH down to their own actions.
