Discord
With the Discord node, alerts go to a channel on your Discord server, for example for your community. Discord comes with the Community plan; every webhook counts against the plan’s 20 targets, like Telegram groups, Slack, Teams and Google Chat.
Create the webhook
Section titled “Create the webhook”-
In Discord, open the channel the alerts should go to and click Edit Channel (the gear next to its name). You need the permission to manage webhooks on the server.
-
Choose Integrations → Webhooks → New Webhook.
-
Give the webhook a name such as “Bellchain” and, if you like, a picture. Everyone in the channel sees both as the sender.
-
Click Copy Webhook URL; it starts with
https://discord.com/api/webhooks/. -
Drag the Discord node onto the board in the editor and paste the URL.
What the alert looks like
Section titled “What the alert looks like”Like in Telegram: the chain’s name in bold at the top, your message as a quote below it, the values when it fired, and small at the bottom pair, timeframe and time. **bold**, _italic_ and `code` from your message also work in Discord. Mentions such as @everyone ping nobody, and links get no preview. Discord has no buttons like your private Telegram chat.
If several coins of a scanner fire at the same candle, one message lists them all: the number of coins at the top, one line per coin with its values below.
The webhook URL is a secret: anyone who knows it can post to the channel. That is why it stays empty when you export the chain. If someone deletes the webhook or the channel, the delivery under Alerts shows the reason, and the action needs a new URL.
