ETH open interest rises by more than 10 % within 24 hours: many new leveraged positions.

When open interest rises fast, many new leveraged positions enter the market. That makes the next big move more likely, whichever way it goes: whoever is wrong gets closed out by force. The node compares open interest with the value 24 hourly candles ago and reports above +10 %.

Adapting it
