Historical volatility rises above 40 % while BTC has been falling for 24 hours: the market is getting restless.

High volatility alone is no warning sign; the price also swings in strong rallies. Together with a price that has been falling for 24 hours, it shows restless phases to the downside. Historical volatility scales the swings of the last 20 hourly candles to a year; above 40 % BTC counts as volatile there.
