ETH volatility drops below percent rank 10: as calm as rarely in the last 30 days.

Long calm phases often end with a bigger move; the calm does not tell the direction. Historical volatility measures the swings, the percent rank compares them with the last 180 candles, on 4-hour candles 30 days. Below 10 it is lower than on 90 % of those candles.
